    • How do you screen your applicants?
      We incorporate face- to-face interviews, reference checking, and background checks into our recruitment process, providing you with a reliable individual that fits your style and needs. Dental Express maintains all requirements including: licensures, CPR certifications, and liability insurance (when needed).
    • What are the fees will I incur for using the services of Dental Express?

    • Why should I use Dental Express to help me find a replacement employee rather than advertise on my own?
      On average, the cost of hiring a new staff member is 1.5 to 2 times their salary.     • What happens if I pay the placement fee and the person does not work out?
      If Employee leaves or is let go for any reason within 30 days of hire, Dental Express will refund half of initial placement fee paid.
    • When I have a temp in my office do I pay them or does Dental Express?
      Dental Express pays the temp so that you do not have to put them on your payroll, thus eliminating payroll taxes AND unemployment!
    • When and how do I pay Dental Express Staffing?
      Our accountant will invoice you weekly via email.
      • How quickly can a position be filled?
        We are available 24/7. We pride ourselves in filling a position as soon as possible. For example, we have had clients call at 6:00am in order to fill a position from 7:00 to 5:00 that same day. Our goal is to provide prompt, efficient service.
