Erinn Brandau

Founder/Owner

As the owner of Dental Express Staffing, LLC, Erinn Brandau has had nine years of full-time experience in dental administration, treatment coordination, chairside assisting, and clinical management. She has seen the stress placed on a dental practice when short staffed, thus the decision to begin Dental Express Staffing in 2009. After many years in the dental staffing business, Dental Express Staffing continues to expand throughout Wisconsin and Iowa.

Carolyn B.

TALENT RECRUITER & MARKETING SPECIALIST

Carolyn graduated from NWTC in 1998 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. During her career, she has worked for family practices as well as corporations. From 2000 to 2004 and again in 2014, Carolyn worked on her own filling in for numerous offices in the Fox Valley area. In 2015, she joined forces with Dental Express Staffing to assist in placing dental professionals throughout WI, MN and IL. She has a clear understanding of the importance of matching the right person with the right office. Since joining Dental Express, Carolyn’s role has shifted to interviewing and hiring dental professionals for Dental Express as well as taking care of our marketing projects.

Sarah H.

ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST/STAFFING COORDINATOR

Sarah enjoys traveling, spending time with family, meeting new people and finding ways to help others. She and her husband milk dairy cows in rural Wisconsin and have three children. She has had a variety of patient care opportunities, ( DA, Chiropractic Assistant, Chiropractic X-ray Tech, Behavioral Health Assistant, Fill in Pharmacy Tech, Registration Professional) while working at a Federally Qualified Health Center for many years. Prior to that, she worked as a receptionist and Dental Assistant in a private Dental practice. Assisting several departments at the Health Center has given her a well-rounded knowledge of many different aspects of a patient/customer experience. She passionately looks to streamline and build efficiencies, creating better user experiences as she works with clients and employees. She is dedicated, outgoing, and a team player.

Steph R.

STAFFING COORDINATOR/TALENT RECRUITER

Stephanie has joined our team at Dental Express to represent us in Iowa as a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter. Steph has had 20 years of full-time experience in the dental field, with 13 years in chairside assisting and 7 years as an Office Insurance Coordinator/Scheduling Assistant. She has 2 girls and an amazing husband that keep her very busy. In her spare time, she loves to golf, shop, attend sporting events and spend time with family and friends. Steph is a team player and looks forward to helping offices and employees in their time of need.

Jamie B.

STAFFING COORDINATOR

Jamie joins Dental Express with 19 years of dental experience in patient services and office management. She is familiar with putting requests in on the dental office side and understands the importance of keeping an office staffed and productive, with the primary focus being patient satisfaction. Jamie and her husband have two grown daughters and spend time with them whenever they possibly can. They also enjoy to spend their down time camping at the lake.

Jess W.

ACCOUNTANT

Jess graduated from UW-La Crosse with a BS in Finance and Accounting in Dec 1999. She worked full time in the accounting field until starting her own business in 2001. She was passionate about helping Erinn build the business from the first conversations about the idea! She continues to provide both Accounting and HR services to Dental Express since inception, covering payroll, Accounts Receivable/Payable, in addition to assisting with all financial aspects of the business. Jess is a wife and mother of three who enjoys reading, puzzles and traveling. She considers raising her children and helping businesses grow, her most worthwhile ventures. She is dedicated, loyal and wants to see Dental Express expand ALWAYS and in ALL WAYS!

Rachel L.

STAFFING COORDINATOR

Rachel joins Dental Express with 23 years of Dental Assisting experience. She is a wife and mother of two daughters and a stepdaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends relaxing on the boat, hiking, camping, snowmobiling and sitting around a fire. Rachel is outgoing and a team player.
