Erinn Brandau is the owner of Dental Express Staffing. Prior to starting this agency in 2009, she had nine years of full-time experience in dental administration, treatment coordination, chairside assisting, and clinical management. She has seen the stress placed on a dental practice when short staffed, thus the decision to begin Dental Express Staffing. Erinn started DES as a substitute dental assistant herself and has sat chairside with more than 30 dentists. Over the last several years, she has not worked clinically, but has grown Dental Express into one of the largest dental staffing agencies in WI. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. Spectating lots of sporting events for her son and advocating for her developmentally delayed daughter takes up her spare time around DES management.

Jess graduated from UW-La Crosse with a BS in Finance and Accounting in Dec 1999. She worked full time in the accounting field until starting her own business in 2001. She was passionate about helping Erinn build the business from the first conversations about the idea! She continues to provide both Accounting and HR services to Dental Express since inception, covering payroll, Accounts Receivable/Payable, in addition to assisting with all financial aspects of the business. Jess is a wife and mother of three who enjoys reading, puzzles and traveling. She considers raising her children and helping businesses grow, her most worthwhile ventures. She is dedicated, loyal and wants to see Dental Express expand ALWAYS and in ALL WAYS!

Carolyn graduated from NWTC in 1998 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. During her career, she has worked for family practices as well as corporations. From 2000 to 2004 and again in 2014, Carolyn worked on her own filling in for numerous offices in the Fox Valley area. In 2015, she joined forces with Dental Express Staffing to assist in placing dental professionals throughout WI, MN and IL. Since joining Dental Express, Carolyn’s role has shifted to interviewing and hiring dental professionals for Dental Express as well as taking care of our marketing projects. In her free time, Carolyn loves to spend time outdoors. Whether it be attending outdoor concerts, tending to her flowers, or caring for her birds, chipmunks, and other critters, on her days off you will likely find her outside. She has also made it her mission to travel as much as she can and live life to the fullest.

Sarah has had a variety of patient care experience, (DA, Chiropractic Assistant, Chiropractic X-ray Tech, Behavioral Health Assistant, Fill in Pharmacy Tech, Registration Professional) while working at a Federally Qualified Health Center. Prior to that, she worked at front desk reception and as a Dental Assistant in a private Dental practice. Assisting several departments at the Health Center has given her a well-rounded knowledge of many varied aspects of a patient/customer experience during her 26 years in healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and finding ways to help others. She and her husband operate an organic dairy farm in rural Wisconsin and have three adult children. With an enthusiastic commitment to streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency, she works to create an exceptional experience for both clients and employees. She is dedicated, creative, and a team player.

Stephanie, our Talent Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator at Dental Express, brings over 20 years of valuable experience in the dental industry to our team. With 13 years as a certified chairside assistant and 7 years as an Office Insurance Coordinator/Scheduling Assistant, her expertise is extensive. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Stephanie is a devoted mother of two daughters, supported by her loving husband. She enjoys golfing, shopping, attending sports events, and cherishing moments with her family. Committed to our team, Stephanie excels at identifying, attracting, and hiring new talent while offering support to offices and staff in challenging situations.

Jamie brings over 19 years of invaluable experience in dental patient services and office management to the DES. With a deep understanding of the inner workings of dental offices, Jamie is very experienced in the intricacies of staffing and productivity management, while prioritizing staff and patient satisfaction. A keen eye for detail and a knack for efficiently coordinating staff schedules and resources are additional attributes she contributes. Outside of work, Jamie finds joy in spending time with her family. Together with her husband, fur baby and two grown daughters, they share a love for the outdoors, particularly camping by the lake, where they can unwind and create lasting memories. Jamie's dedication to excellence and her commitment to customer satisfaction make her an asset to the Dental Express team. With her expertise and passion for dentistry, she will make a positive impact on both dental offices and patients alike.

Rachel has 23 years of Dental Assisting experience. She is a wife and mother of three beautiful daughters. Rachel has recently become a grandma and will be visiting her grandson in Colorado when time allows. She enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and friends, relaxing on the boat, hiking, camping, snowmobiling and sitting around a fire. Rachel is very detail oriented and likes to learn and grow everyday in the field of dentistry.

Kayla joins the Dental Express team with 10 years of experience in patient service and office management. She graduated from U.W. Whitewater in 2013 with a B.A. in Sociology, and takes pride in building genuine relationships with those around her to foster a happy and healthy work environment. In her free time, Kayla and her husband enjoy gardening, cooking, live music events, and spending time with their Bernese Mountain Dog and Chocolate Lab!
